"Stayed 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our room was clean and very spacious with a kitchenette. The hotel itself was lovely and felt very safe. Free shuttle to Disneyland and a quick uber ride away from Val d’ Europe shopping centre. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay off Disney property."

"This Aparthotel is stunning! The setting by the Lake is beautiful and I took nature walks around the hotel. The Outdoor Pool was perfect in the heatwave. The location is fabulous so close to Disneyland Paris with a free shuttle. You get a kitchen in your room and the nearest Supermarket Carrefour is a ten minute Walk away. I made. A vlog of everything in this Hotel to put on my You Tube Channel “Fairy Godmother”. I recommend it for trips to Disneyland Paris especially if you have an Annual Pass...

"入口がバス停からちょっとわかりにくい。(回り込む)。 2つのホテルが同じ建物に入ってて、それぞれロビーが違うので間違えないように。 23:00以降は敷地内に入るゲートが閉まるので、ゲート横のインターホンを押すように言われました。24時間体制との事でしたがなかなか応答がなく、結局もう1つのホテルのお客さんが開けてもらって一緒に入りました。(もう1つのホテルの人はナンバーキーで開けられるらしい)"

"Das Frühstück war klasse. Reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und frisch. Es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Die Dame an der Rezeption und der Herr im Frühstückssaal waren grandios. Freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer für einen Spaß zu haben. Parkplatz riesig und überwacht. Das Zimmer war okay.... die Betten sind sehr hart. In der Zimmerecke hinter dem Vorhang war etwas schwarzer Schwimmel"

"My stay was very disappointing. The hotel did not have air conditioning, and I was never informed about this before my arrival. Unfortunately, I stayed during a heat wave, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep and rest. When I asked for a fan, I was told they had all been taken and none were available. If I had known there was no air conditioning, I would have chosen a different hotel. Guests should be clearly informed about this before booking, especially during the summer months. This...

"The property was brand new, all the staff were very informative, and the location was perfect. The area is developing with new shops and restaurants getting added all the time. Free shuttle to DLP, short walk to Val de Europe shopping centre, nice park for the kids to play close by as well ."

"We had a great stay! We arrived early from an overnight flight. The staff assisted us with check in, allowed us to freshen up and delivered our bags to our room while we enjoyed the park. We stayed in a club level room and were blown away by the amazing breakfast and afternoon tea. Highly recommend this property."

"The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."

"Loved the family room with the dividing doors between bedrooms as that afforded us some privacy as-well as much needed space for the kids. The indoor pool was lovely and kids really enjoyed the ambience. The hotel is close to Disneyland parks. It was a bonus that the hotel offers free transport to and from the parks whenever this was needed."
