No check in instructions were sent. I had to connect with orbitz and contact the contact number for property several times. No response for 24-72 hours. The number was simply to a middle manager who knew nothing about the property.
After finally getting instructions, we still did not get the code to obtain key till the last minute.
Apartment did not have a working TV - no batteries in remote, not enough blankets and sheets for 5...
