"Of all the places we've stayed in this is by far the most comfortable, yet most classy, best service, friendliest staff (to non speaking Italians), always a smile and seeking to make your stay more comfortable. "The stay was excellent . Mr Marcio has been an excellent host and very supportive. No doubts to include this place on my next trip to Firenze. The public transport (Bus) exactly on front of this place and 20 min from the city centre, so it is very convenient. Place is clean and comfortable, breakfast, good mattresses, and quit and secure area. This place is genuinely a 5 star place. Excellent service ! FIVE STARS ! "

"Apartment spotless, well equipped kitchen.
The host was very welcoming and thoughtful, always willing to help.
Our stay was for 2 weeks, so Claudia left us a care package to get us started, pasta, sauce, milk, coffee, etc, as we arrived later. Property very safe, gated. Easy to walk to
the Duomo, restautants, Santa Maria Novella. Many thanks to Antonio, he looked after the apartment.
