"Having a kitchen was great. It was clean but, dingy. The Filipina lady in the office was rude and not very friendly. All other staff was very sweet and attentive. Breakfast is your standard hotel set up. Overall, a good experience."

"The room was dark not bright and airy like the pics in the website . The paint color was a dark grey. The person that checked me in said he would wave the fee for having my puppy with me but the website said theres no fee for my pet ,so he really wasnt doing me a favor. Beautiful hotel lobby and entrance but the room wasnt what I expected at all. The Four Seasons in San Francisco was gorgeous this one in Palo Alto didnt meet my expectations"

"Fantastic hotel with friendly staff and convenient amenities. It's always a great stay at the Ameswell Hotel. We especially appreciate how accessible the property is - the parking is close to the entrance, the walkways are spacious, and the amenities are easy to reach. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Great time catching some World Cup games in the restaurant too. Highly recommend staying here!"
