"Perfect location 1 minute walk from cathedral. Lovely room with Aircon. Comfortable bed and larger walkin shower. All complimentary toiletries. Good hairdryer and straighteners. Tea and coffee mini fridge in room. We had a terrace too. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from. The only they I didn't like it was freezing in the breakfast room would of put a jacket on if I had one and this is august"

I would have scored it much higher but a couple of things let it down for us. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly. It was controlled by reception, so we had to keep going to ask for it to be turned on and tell them the temperature, and then it would turn off again. The room was...
