"It is not a hotel per se , it is more like apartments but nothing like the picures , we were charged 50 euros for a late check in because our flight got delayed , and we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come open "

I used the plates .Nearby a lot of restaurant and pastry ,church in the corner . Great location . Manager was very nice . Highly recommend . In fact my daughter and her family stayed as well . "

"The space was very nice for our family of 4. We stayed in a unit that slept 6 people but the pull out did not look very comfortable and we did not use. The location was perfect and the staff at the front desk were always kind. The bedrooms were nice with king beds and great closets. The main room was not the most inviting for relaxing. The roof top was lovely and we spent time up there every afternoon."

"Fabulous apartment, roomy with a separate lounge, well equipped kitchen. Great to have access to laundry. Reception staff were excellent with recommendations on everything from nearby supermarkets, sites to see and restaurants to eat at. Location is superb, short walk to central Madrid. I would stay again without hesitation."
