The hotel was very clean and was very pleased about that. I felt very comfortable staying there, but sometimes people hanging out outside smoking not a good look to the front of the hotel. Lots of places to eat walking distance.

We wanted a location close to the Santiago Bernabéu and a friend saw this. Transaction was pretty much without human intervention. Check in, coded room number sent to you just before check in time, click a link on an email to check out. The apartment is fully fitted out with a kitchenette, modern appliances. If i had one small criticism it would be it was a little small. I was by myself so it wasn’t an issue, but if the wife was there and shopping as she normally does we may have struggled! Very clean, great location for the football,and really easy. I’d use them again.

Near cuzco station. Lovely neighboorhood near bernabeu stadium. Room are dark because is all in an alley.

No reception and difficult access to property

It took me hours to secure a code for access to the property. Whatsapped with no response. Message on the instant chat to be told to email. Emailed with no response. Ended up calling a call centre to get access to a code to access the property which was paid in full. The whole experience was incredibly painful and stressful. Would not book again.
