"Nice quiet location, clean, comfortable rooms and loved the large bathroom counter. The only improvement needed was AC wasn't working very well and mini fridge wasnt chilling as cold as what expected. Front desk person apologized but not able to remedy. Loved the short walk to Plaza de Espana, Templo Debod, Gran Via and excellent restaurants nearby."

"They held our luggage for us before check-in and after check-out which was very helpful. They also lock the front door at night when there's no front desk person (you just scan your card to get in) which makes it feel safer. Room was clean and housekeeping comes daily I believe. Lots of food and stuff in the area too. I'd stay here again!"
