"Beautiful property, drinks from the bar amazing, pools were clean and gorgeous views. We enjoyed the privacy of the room and our jacuzzi bath on our patio. "Ronaldo explained the maintenance process for the thermal pools, including their daily emptying, cleaning, and refilling, as well as the water source and overall upkeep of the hotel. Ronaldo and Jackie were fantastic, and everyone at the hotel was exceptionally kind."
