"If i could give confort Arenal 1000 out of ten i would. Staff was the friendliest and their treatment of guests is very personal. The breakfast was delicious. There were so many plants and facilities are well kept. You felt in an nature oasis. Already planning our next visit with the whole family. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous with a perfect view of the volcanoe. Felt like home! Thank you Geysel and all staff for the amazing service and stay. "

"This place was incredible! The resort itself is stunning! The thermal hot springs were relaxing and super clean. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony overlooking the main pool and a straight shot view of the volcano were out of this world. But the real stars of the show are the staff. "Dinner at the restaurant is fantastic! The Chocolate tour (5 min walk) was a great mid morning tour and very interesting - make and eat your own chocolate! The walk up to La Fortuna was challenging so ask for a ride of you need one. The owner was incredibly helpful and was able to get me a day pass to Baldi Springs for the locals rate :) "
