"Upon getting into bed we discovered hair on the bedsheets long dark hair, and there was rubbish behind the bedside table and behind the desk/dressing table and also in the bedside drawer. Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures "
"Loved staying here. The guy who showed me round couldn't have been any kinder or more interested in telling me about the room. A full guided tour. The room I stayed in was a really great size, bathroom was great and the bed was comfy. The location was fantastic also.

A hairdryer in the room
A better fan (but to be fair there was a fan and at the moment it's like 100 degrees)

"Nice, clean with a nice local pub right across the courtyard. Very handy. However the pub is only open limited hours and no where else to eat within walking distance except a fish n chips joint. We stayed in apartment 3. Suited our family of 4 well, but note there is no mini fridge or micro that a family might hope for. Walls are thin too but not a big deal.

"Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. "The Woden is always a " go to ' place for us guaranteed a comfortable stay. The rooms are impeccably clean. The room had great facilities. Towels shower gels tea & coffee even water in bottles. Plates cutlery and a fridge. Everything and more. The beds are so comfortable and the place is so quiet. "
"What a bargain £55 for our last minute one night stay, room was really clean, the area’s not the best but we didn’t need to venture out, had a couple of drinks downstairs in the bar and the staff were really friendly. "

"I booked two triple rooms for my family and I. Check in was easy and check staff friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, quiet. They had enough pillows and towels. The soap and shampoo dispensers were fully stocked. The power shower was great and easy to use. There was hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room and tea and coffee properly stocked.
