"We arrived here at 14.50 & were told that we couldn't check in until 15.00. The reception area was dirty. We were given the key to a room & when we got to it, it was disgusting. The bed covers looked dirty & there was no way that we would have slept in the bed. We immediately booked another hotel even though we'd paid for the room. While we were waiting for a cab to take us to our new hotel there were people in the car park sat on a bonnet of a car smoking a joint. A taxi pulled up & 2 people...

"Everything was just OK. For the price, we made it work. The room had a weird smell, free breakfast was not worth coming downstairs for, and the staff could've been more friendly when called for WIFI password and for an iron. Lack of customer service. Area not ideal for family and kids. Lots of homeless people around due to a shelter nearby, there's also a prison down the road... oh well."
