"Everything about this property was pleasing. The room was clean, as advertised, and with plenty of amenities, to include easy to use A/C. Check in was easy, having breakfast at the hotel was a huge help, and it was a sufficient breakfast with protein options. Check in is only from 2-6pm, so that could possibly cause problems for others. We loved how close to the duomo we were. Walking out the front door you were in the heart of everything. We would definitely come back. Thanks!"

"The lower stars for specifics are due to an incredibly uncomfortable conversation with their Concierge when I was asking for assistance with a private transfer from Florence to Sorrento and he literally laughed at me and then started talking negatively about his ex-wife and women in general. The hotel itself is in a picture perfect location, gorgeous view from the room, very nice and clean, and recently renovated bathroom.
