"Staff was kind but the furniture, rooms, decor and feel is old and outdated. Also, the marina itself is closed due to low water levels. There are two restaurants next door but nothing is in walking distance. Not convenient unless you have a vehicle."

"The staff was incredible Janice was so helpful with our stay. The room was excellent and facilities were great. We enjoyed the stay very much. Only issue was the water pressure in room was low. Need to give options and more choices on breakfast. But that saying we will definitely stay there again. Thx you"

"It’s conveniently located near a shopping center . The hotel is clean and since we stayed during during a holiday they were short staff but even though we got a room later, the staff were doing everything they can to make our stay comfortable and welcoming."

"We stayed here before an early morning flight. The woman at checkin was very nice and helpful. We felt very welcome. The room was very nice with what looked like some recent renovations. This was a great option for the price and proximity to the airport."

"Paper products cheap and rough. Soap was drying, and provided lotion smelled gross. Shower head had weak pressure on all settings. Ice from the ice machine tasted bad. The toilet in my room ran constantly and had mold under rim. The pet waste area is just dirt and gravel with a large cactus planted in it! Poor puppies!! The pillows suck and you nickel and dime for extras ($5.00 for extra pillows?!?!) the ONLY thing I liked about your advanced check-in process is that it alerted me about this and...

"Overall, we had a good stay! We will give it at least four out of five stars. There was just miscommunication about the check in time from the website and versus the front desk check is at 4 PM and but we were able to check in early thank you to Guillermo! Swimming pool was not heated but my boys had a great time!"
