"No amenities. Not even bottled water in the room. Room was not made up. Was told it’s only done every other day. Breakfast was not gratis. Was told by the front desk that all that information is on the website and is true nationwide. I will not be returning"

"The old train station could have been a beautiful experience but the property was not well maintained. The room and hallways smelled old, moldy, and as a dirty toilet. Area around the hotel did not feel safe to walk around."
