"This is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, large shower, its own plunge pool, at an outdoor bathtub. All of the rooms overlook a thick forested valley. The staff were able to accommodate my various requests, including special transportation arrangements. And The included breakfasts were great, with a wide variety."

"The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. If you after a place to relax, highly recommended. They have gym/spa ( extra charges) , a massive pool and like 6-7 restaurants. Also they have heaps of security guards, as a guest I do feel super safe staying there."

"I booked two nights but on different platforms. The first night direct with the property and the second one through Expedia. During checking in I advised the staff of that and was advised that it was OK and we would have the same room for both nights. However on the second day around 10 am as we were leaving to go into Ubud we were told that we had to move rooms ( without any prior advice). I informed them that our driver will be there in 5 minutes but they forced us to go back to our room and pack our luggage. To book a buggy for transport I called Reception and was informed to call Housekeeping???? She couldn't do that? I asked the reception about both pools closing time and I informed the lower one close at 7 pm and the top one at 6 pm so I went to the lower one around 5:30 pm. Whilst at the lower pool at 5:45 pm I was looking for Pool Towels and eventually found I staff member staff member hiding in there back on the his phone. I asked where I can Find a Pool Towel and was told that the pool closes in 10 minutes. I replied that I still need a towel and he told me to go to the top pool to get a towel."

"I absolutely loved this property! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and greeted us with a genuine smile. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. The property itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable, safe, and right at home throughout our entire stay. I can’t wait to come back, and I will definitely be staying at this property again. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip so special!"

"We had a wonderful 9 nights at the Sebali Resort. The food was excellent throughout our stay with great menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spa was also amazing and we had a couple of great full body massages by the experienced team. Srina, you have magic hands!! All the staff are so polite and accommodating, they are well trained and most speak English very well. There were only two things that weren’t great but one was not the fault of the hotel. The adjacent resort, the Kayon, was expanding and renovating. When you headed to either of the restaurants for meals you could see and hear all the machinery and tools being used. It ruined the atmosphere but it became amusing for my husband and I to watch the building practices. We thankfully couldn’t hear any of the construction work from our room, so we had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed listening to the sound of the waterfall as we fell asleep or relaxing by our pool. The only other issue for us was the bed. It was very hard, but Patek from housekeeping did his best to add an extra layer of softness for us. We still had a wonderful time and would return to the property, but would suggest the management invest in some new mattresses and maybe some sun cover by the private pools."

"Everything meets our expectation for a 5-star hotel. One thing that is even exceeding our expectation is the staff; they are outstanding. They really try their best to make our stay there memorable. A special appreciation to Djoni and other front office staffs that were trying hard to get and to give us the information about the local festivals at that time - the information that we were not able to find online. Thank you."
