The water and electricity did not work until someone showed up after 30 minutes. Check in is really weird with WhatsApp conversation and key safes to unlock. Remember you have to carry all your luggage up and down a 3rd floor, and I am not talking about a regular third floor. You can consider a 5th floor in a normal building. "We had the top floor which I was grateful for due to the noisy area. There is no lift which was fine for us but if you have large bags or physical limitations it would be very difficult. One staff member was great ,Kieran, but the first two we meet ignored us. Breakfast was included which was a perk. The room was clean and bed comfortable."
