"Sea Containers was beautiful and in a very convenient location with easy access to everything. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from check-in to the bell service. I had a great time and honestly have nothing to complain about. I especially appreciated how quickly they helped whenever I needed assistance."

"We loved the location of this hotel, it was walking distance to theaters and many top restaurants. The staff were always helpful and friendly. However, it needs some serious maintenance work. The shower never drained right, the second day we had to turn off the water three times in the middle of showering to let the water drain so it wouldn’t run onto the floor. After they tried to fix it we only had to turn it off once during each shower. We had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom on three mornings. The first time it happened it was clear from stains on the ceiling that it was a recurring problem. So not sure we would recommend this hotel for those reasons."

"Staff and property excellent but totally disappointed with the breakfast and coffee /light snack shop available. Breakfast on offer was hot food or continental. The hot food available was stone cold, cold plates with cold food. If you decided to have toast, good luck there as the bread had to go through a conveyor toaster 3 times before it registered any colour as ‘toasted’. Then once through one had to search the restaurant for the butter. Milk not by the hot drinks machine tracking again to search its location. Very disappointing!"
