"This is a great hotel.. likely the best place to stay in Pittsfield. Just an overnight stop so not time to get a good read on the area but a good option for the Berkshires if you you don't want to pay the Lenox/Stockbridge premium."

"This old fashioned motel has been very recently renovated through and through. The interiors look very new, including the bathrooms, with excellent appearance and function. The rooms are large with adequate space around the king beds. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Both checking in and checking out were rapid and convenient. This facility is about two miles from the traffic circle at the north end of the Williams College campus, and so an easy ride. Cell phone reception is weak....

"Room was not clean .. dusty around base boards.. Trash in the bathroom has not been emptied when we arrived.. "This is an old motel-type one story place to stay, which I enjoyed. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, updated bathroom. No complaints."

"First this is a gorgeous property, the outdoor areas are wonderful, with comfy furniture, flowers and fire pits. The main area is an intimate restaurant and bar, with a seating area with books and plants. We enjoyed drinks and dinner there and it was excellent, particularly with the sunset and fire pit to begin our evening, Absolutely lovely! Upon checking in, we were assigned a “premium” room, which sounded great, however it turned out to be on the second floor, at the end of a very long...

"We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not made on day 1. It was stated that it was a standard policy for stay of less than 3 days. We were supposed to be informed about it but we were not. Staff was not helpful solving the issue. As of to day the manager has not reached us to solve the issue. I would not recommend this property"
