"The property was very clean and excellent in every way. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink did not drain properly. We only stayed one night, but I brought it to the attention of the front desk on the morning of our departure and I believe it was promptly reported to maintenance."

Thanks for making us feel at home and your housekeepers are just all amazing and so nice, hard working. And the breakfast every morning with Margo and (sorry forgot her name) the other wonderful woman is just amazing, so nice and will get you anything you want or need."

"Our mattress sucked and the pillows were awful. The bathroom could have been cleaned way better. Toilet was dirty inside and not enough towels. There was a m&m that was there on the carpet when we arrived and asked the staff to please freshen our room. The cleaning people came with new towels but forget to clean the bathroom. Front desk was terrific."

"Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption."

"This hotel was amazing. It was about a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville but also super close to other cute and fun towns. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options—not just a few muffins and juice. It was pet friendly and the staff was so kind. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was a major concern. There was noticeable hair and dust throughout, and visible buildup in and around the vents in both the bathroom and bedrooms. I’d recommend staying here only if necessary until these issues are addressed. The property is expecting renovations in the near future, so hopefully that will also bring improved cleanliness standards."
