"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

"Our stay at Xanadu Hotel in Belek was okay overall. The food was good, with a decent variety and good quality throughout our stay. The biggest downside was the language barrier. We found it very difficult to find basic English-speaking staff, which made it a struggle whenever we needed help or had questions. The rooms and facilities were quite basic, but everything was clean and functional. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"Only good thing is all the staff at the front desk and especially Mohamed. Property is brand new but seems the owners want to save money as much as possible. So for an Accor group 4* hotel and brand new hotel they are extremely understaffed."

"We had a great time at Kadriye Sarp Otel with our child! The hotel is located very close to Nickelodeon Land, which was very convenient for a family vacation. There is a nice swimming pool on the property where our child really enjoyed spending time. The food was tasty and varied, and there was always something suitable for the whole family. "The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint.
