"Reserved two rooms for three days. One room had a bathtub that did not drain at all, only one hand towel and body towel. Second room had a toilet that did not flush, only one towel. Staff was not helpful, location was in the opposite side of San Antonio from where it was advertised to be. Staff was not helpful. Had to contact Expedia to get the remsinder of our stay refunded. We ended up moving to another hotel, much closer to where we wanted to be. (In the actual area where this hotel claimed...

"The facility is under construction, as I was told, so the pool was not working. But full points to the staff; they were very helpful because we did not have a microwave or fridge in our room, so they provided them and tried their very best to make us comfortable. But I guess it will not be possible during busy holidays. Major red flag....I saw ROACHES behind the fridge!!!!"
