"The friendliest staff (in all areas/roles) and beautifully finished rooms. The food was sinply incredible - breakfast is an absolute must. Comfortable, cosy and the perfect spot for being near the NEC but far away enough to rest and relax after a long day. Not enough space to be able to say how great this place is - even the farm shop is amazing!"

"Decent hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t great but room was clean and bathroom/shower were good. Room didn’t get cleaned for a 2 night stay which I would have expected but overall happy with the stay and would use again for business travel. "

"We had to ask for another room as the one they gave us was terrible. The new room they gave us was a refurbished, so when they get them all refurbished it will be so much better"

"On arrival was meet with a smile and asked how we were and once checked in was shown to our room and said if we needed anything not to hesitate to ask , The room was very spacious and clean , we didn`t eat there on this occasion but what we could smell coming from the dinning room was amazing . Would happily stay there again . "

"The hotel is well placed, with secure parking. The rooms were clean and tidy and well appointed with a sensible amount of power and USB outlets. The breakfast was fantastic, well worth the money if booked early. Probably the best sausages I have had at a hotel. Well done all."
