"Hotel room was not clean, I went to front desk to ask to change rooms and the staff was very rude and seemed very irritated. She was there on 6/27/2028 along with 06/28/2026 so I was not able to get a better room as she did nothing to help except act like I was bothering her."

"Upon arrival I had no hot water in my room. I asked for another room Damon said it’s probably throughout the building and would be fixed by the morning . And someone would be up to my room to fix it at midnight. I asked again for another room just to see if the water was cold there too and it was. ..."
