"The pull out bed that we needed to sleep all of our party was broken and did not get fixed even though we requested an inspection twice during our stay. An alternate room was not available. There was also no bedding available for the pull out couch and needed to be requested downstairs. The shower did not drain properly and the shower curtain hung into the bathtub while showering. We did not have enough towels in the room for our party and had to request more. The staff was friendly, the tvs...

"The hotel receptionist at the time he wanted to do this was a gentleman who was incredibly kind and hospitable, and all the shortcomings of this hotel could have been exchanged for the goodness of this person."

"The property and location were good . Only problem is the parking . Since it’s next o the airport it appears they have daily airport parking . When I arrived they had no parking available. I parked by the bar /restaurant I was told in a rude manner I had to keep on looking for parking and not to park there and it if I did to wake up and move the car by 7am or risk getting towed . I will never stay at that property again ."

"Such a unique place to stay. Loved the vibe, loved the room. Decor is very cool and lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Midtown is up and coming and it can be loud at night with the cruising and loud stereos but we were so relaxed in our room it didn’t bother us at all. We weren’t aware of the sauna until check out but the front office staff were kind enough to give us the code so we could check it out before we left. The sauna is an absolute vibe.
