Garner Hotel August West by IHG
No my room didn't have any heat. I called the receptionist desk and he kept saying that it worked. They charged me a deposit and then kept the deposit saying the room smelled like smoke. Which is a lie because I don't smoke.

We did not end up staying here. There are people living in the hotel and cooking in the rooms on hot plates. It felt completely unsafe.
