"The positives: - Staff were Great - Microwave, Keurig and fridge in room - Great location - Breakfast was fine - Gym was average. 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals. Dumbbells up to 50lbs and 1 very hard bench Negatives: - Room door closed very loud. Would wake up wife when I went to work out in morning. "The overall feel of the hotel was old. The hallway carpet on my floor was old and dirty and smelled. The elevator was not clean. There was one male staff member that was very rude. Will not be staying here again."

"room wasn’t clean. The staff was disrespectful. People were letting their dogs attack other people. The door looked like it was kicked in. There was no safety no security. It was downright nasty. They had the whole third floor blocked off because they didn’t have enough linens and the elevator was broken down. "

"I am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances. "Exceptionally clean property, pool, and room. Breakfast was really good. The staff answered all questions quickly and accurately and were very nice and helpful. There's a stand with hundreds of pamphlets of things to do. The guests I ran across were very nice, too. The area was a nice area, too. I plan on coming back to this particular hotel for my upcoming 1 week vacation."
