"They never told me at check-in that I needed to request housekeeping. I never saw a housekeeper in my room. EVERY trip on the elevator going down from the 5th floor had phantom stops on several floors. Got reprimanded for bringing a half beer down from the room to the gathering area."

"My sister and I traveled to Colorado and stayed at this hotel. The property was nicely kept, the staff was friendly, and our room was quite nice. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler."

"The rooms were very spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Laundry was a nice addition to the stay. The pool was amazing as was the outside fire ring. We also enjoyed the bartender and drinks which was a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing."

"Upon arrival there was a mixup with the room. We had to get moved to correct room which was just overall bad. Rust in restroom. Stains on bedding and walls. Shower leaking. Elevator broke. Pool was “under renovation” which didn’t make sense at the start of summer but found at later as per staff there was a FIRE. Fire alarm kept beeping in room. Housekeeping never came for fresh linens even after asked"

"There was no notification that the pool and hot tub were closed prior to arrival or upon booking. The restaurant is closed on site and no notification of that either. Breakfast for the entire community consisted of five yogurts and three apples and that was literally it. There was no milk, no cereal or no other juices or options. The morning on-site staff said he’s doing what he can which I understand. He’s not gonna go grocery shopping for a hotel of this size however, when you advertise a...

"This is a great Hampton Inn. It is quiet and sits back from the road. The only slight negative was that I asked for an extra hand towel from the maid but never received one. Breakfast was good and had an adequate supply of the usual breakfast items that Hampton Inn is known for."

"The Hotel was beautiful, room was spacious and nicely decorated, we had a balcony that provided a beautiful view over the town and towards the mountains. The location on Main Street was ideal, everything/anything you might want or need was easily accessible. Great restaurant options on-site too. Overall, we honestly can’t think of anywhere else we’d rather stay in Parker CO. 👍"
