The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine added that the kids started coughing and our eyes were burning so badly we had to leave the area after 5 minutes. "I will reiterate the fact that there’s cracked tile in the elevator and it’s been there for a while. You can tell and that it hasn’t been taken care of is wrong, especially when you have customers coming in and looking at that I mean LVT is the way to go not tile floor, so I’m sure something was dumped on the floor and broke it, but you can tell it’s been there for a long time and they haven’t taken care of it. "Holiday Inn properties are normally excellent— the company should be ashamed of how run down they have let this property become. It’s like they are the ugly stepchild. "I stayed at one in San Antonio and loved it. We were in Denver for a concert so I thought I’d try another stay and I wasn’t disappointed. There were no issues with the room. The location is great-near shopping, food, gas, and the main highways. The staff (Jason and Christian) were super friendly. The room was clean and VERY spacious. "A very old outdated room, dirty carpet, cheap old mattress bunk beds for toddlers not adults. Not recommended to anyone. Another gross hotel. I’m going to become a member of a nice hotel chain in Denver because I need a stay for work purposes but these cheap hotels you have listed are pure trash. I’m highly unsatisfied!!!!!"

"The rooms were very spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Laundry was a nice addition to the stay. The pool was amazing as was the outside fire ring. We also enjoyed the bartender and drinks which was a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing."
