"Overall experience was quite good aside from the barking dog in the room next door. Although we love animals, we do NOT like staying in areas that other's pets are allowed. Staff, particularly the welcoming lady, was quite personable and cordial upon registering and checking out. Some questionable people on the property after dark. Questionable as in intimidating. Rooms were very clean and parking was quite adequate."

"I was very disappointed with my first time visit. The pool and restaurant were not available. The room carpet was stained in several areas. The breakfast was very limited and dirty. The water in the bathroom sink was scalding to brush my teeth. The air conditioning was not good and could not be adjusted. The trash in the breakfast room was overflowing and the trash outside the door at the east side stairwell was very overflowing. Very disappointed and I would not stay there again…"

"The front desk clerk was awful. She had an attitude to begin with. She told me that I needed to put $480 hold I said all it said all I needed to pay was $9 at the hotel check in. Then she rambles super fast about Breakfast and dinner and what's around. She just pointed which way to go and was like go down the hall make a left then right then go half way down I'm looking at her like lady I don't live here I'm new to this facility and she just rambled off a list of instructions and information. "DONT! They have homeless people staying in the same place as paying customers. There is no staff after 7 pm, until 11 am the next morning. Thus, it is party time after they leave, and no one to call to help!! Then, checking out before the staff arrives in the morning is almost impossible. It is 6 pages of paperwork to rent the room, and if you need another roll of toilet paper, you have to pay for it! No kitchen items. The "residents" living there stated, "The cops come by at least 2 times a...

"The property is about a 20min ride from the airport. The shuttle drivers was excellent BUT the room didn’t have no small towels they say no smoking but the hallways smelled like smoke. The shuttle was the BEST thing about the hotel they assist you with your luggage and they are on time."

"My refrigerator won’t work. My stuff in there were spoiled. It took them two days to change it. Floor had dog hair but it was cleaned after I notified the office."

"Nice clean remodeled room but bed old and very uncomfortable. Noisy room can hear all the guests from other rooms. Front desk nice people and have coffee out at 530 am at least. Unsafe area/ next to an extended stay hotel and people hanging out smoking and drinking etc. The linens are old and don’t smell clean, I was afraid to get a disease from bed. Gross and never again."
