Very no nonsense hotel elevator reeks of marijuana and the fire alarm went off at 4:44 AM on my first night there for some reason they just said we’ll fix it. "This was my husband's and mine first stay with Wood Spring Suites. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and very basic. There was a regular size fridge and a two range stove top, and a laundry basket. The towels were minimal with two bath towels and a wash cloth and floor mat, but no hand towels. We asked for extra towels, but were told we had to return our current ones, which did not help give us any extra towels. There was no hair dryer in the...

Room number two, the carpet was dirty and the iron worked but looked like it was broken and the ironing board was bent. Other than that, the bed was real comfortable, had a microwave and the tv was missing in the front room. "
