"A lovely place for our 3-night stay. The Faulkland room we stayed in was very comfortable and well appointed, all worked as it should. Bathroom was a bit tight on space but still fine. This room is on a busy road, so traffic noise was there but didn't seem to keep us awake. Mind you, we're used to no traffic noise. All staff we came across were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Special shout out here to Josh. Great customer focused service! Food in the restaurant was good, service...

"We loved everything about the Gainsborough, the staff were very helpful, the Spa was brilliant, the room was clean and today, also the maid was very polite and helpful. We were also upgraded to the Gainsborough suite as we mentioned it was our 25th anniversary so this was a plenty surprise, the hotel went above and beyond as they laid on a complementary fridge of drinks, a bottle of wine and a big box of Bath cheeses.
