A lovely stay in a traditional farmhouse on a working farm. Beautiful scenery with great walks nearby (including 360 degree panoramic view from site of old castle). A welcome cup of tea outside on the lawn on arrival, friendly and helpful service at all times. A very welcoming family. Traditional style and furnishing, clean as a pin, comfortable, excellent full English breakfast. Dogs and children genuinely made to feel welcome!! Our room had a small adjoining room with a bunk bed and single bed in it.
Weather was awful, raining a lot, but the experience of having the rain noise outside of our window, and been in an over 500 years old building, worth the trip.
The host, Sandy, was very welcome and I felt back in time in my grandparents farm

Great! Staff were friendly. Great location if you want to get away from it all (but close enough to get to Lyme Regis) and lots of close by public footpaths for walking.

In a very quiet rural area. Felt very covid safe. Good social distancing in the breakfast room and the bedroom and bathroom very clean. Sandie very good hostess nothing was too much trouble for her to make the stay perfect.
A great traditional family run farmhouse, which served us well as a base to explore the Jurassic coast. Excellent hospitality with a welcome drink and fantastic breakfasts each morning. Delightful.
My kids, my wife and I loved It here. sSandy who runs the B&B is delightful and makes a brilliant scrambled eggs from the eggs laid by the farm chickens.
We had a brilliant tour of the working dairy and the 400year old building was warm and comfortable. Great shower with loads of space in the bedroom.
Loved this place and would highly recommend to anyone.
Short drive to lots of the Jurassic coast.
We had a great breakfast, very hearty and tasty. We also got a lovely tour of the farm in the morning, and our girls fed the chickens and met the calves and horses. It’s a beautiful place
Pretty nice and isolated spot, plenty of land and animals around to check out around the farm.
Friendly and welcoming host who served a great breakfast. Only downer is no locks on the room door. Not a privacy concern, but more to stop our little one from running outside, but otherwise great spot near the coast.
A warm welcome from host with a pot of tea by a roaring log burner, clean and homely. amazing location very rural on a working farm lovely filling breakfast. Only staying one night wish it was longer.

Lovely old world farm b and b. Lovely setting with cows and horses outside the window very quiet
The location was stunning - very rural. Farmhouse very old. Shower room needs a bit of TLC. Floors creaky. Sandie, our host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts great.
We came here after a couple days in a busy spot in Swanage, right as the summer holidays began on the hottest week recorded in England. This lovely home was exactly what we needed - completely serene, cool and calm, with gorgeous views all around and a fantastic garden. The family was warm and accommodating and the other guests were all friendly and fun to have a quick chat with. We had two kids ages 7 and 9, who loved going out to help with the chickens. While the farm felt completely set apart from the business of Lyme Regis, Swanage, etc., it was still a very convenient distance to explore during the day.
It was a farmhouse stay surrounded by beautiful countryside. The welcome was very friendly and our dog was made welcome too. We were on a B&B Basis
I am gluten free delicious gluten free
sausages were provided and also gluten free bread. A very relaxing break.

A nice relaxed stay...
Had a very pleasant stay; the hospitality was very nice, the breakfast superb, and staying on the farm a nice change.
Our room could do with a refresh but it was clean and had all that was needed.
Overall good and we would return.
