"We stayed at the hotel over the weekend for a wedding, and overall it was a really pleasant experience. The hotel itself was clean, tidy and well presented throughout, and every member of staff we came across was genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room (333) was modern and well equipped, with fast Wi-Fi that was easy to connect to, a large TV with plenty of channels, and a really handy wall plate with HDMI and USB connections. There were also plenty of plug sockets around the room, which is always appreciated. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the shower was powerful and got very hot, although the temperature control was quite sensitive, so it could be a bit fiddly to get just right. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was nice and quiet overall. There was also a window you could open, although it was a little awkward to close again. The only real downside in the room was the bed. It was quite hard and a bit too bouncy for our liking, and it felt like it dipped slightly in the middle, so we kept rolling towards each other during the night. We had dinner in the brasserie on the Friday evening. I had the pizza and my wife had the pulled pork burger. The food was decent and reasonably priced, although it came out a bit lukewarm rather than properly hot. That said, the staff were great and service was smooth 👍 Breakfast was actually a highlight. It’s usually where hotels fall short, but this one was surprisingly good except coffee machine is horrendous."

"We were checked in by a really lovely helpful young girl on reception. She was amazing! Room was ok, large but dated but bed comfy. Pillows hard (but luckily bought ours with us). Went for dinner that evening. Do not recommend. Menu stated roasted carrots and green beans with the pie - came with obviously frozen peas and carrots and a few leeks. Service was terrible - 3 members of staff clustered around entrance, poor service - had to keep get ring up to get own drinks from bar outside restaurant. Dinner staff very unwelcoming- felt like we were a hindrance. Was an ok stay but would not return."

"Be careful with the Free Wifi. I got cyber attacked (ARP poisoning attempts), I complained and wanted to speak to someone about it but sadly they didn't take it seriously. However the issue seem to magically resolve itself the next day! Without any direct communication then I can only assume it was magic. Also 'self-check-in'.....not a fan, I scan my food at the supermarkets, I tag my luggage at the airport - I think I am working for 8 companies now and I dont get even get a staff discount!!! Keep smiling."

"Had a fantastic stay at the hotel, really enjoyed it and the location. One thing I would say is they need to keep an eye out for when people want a drink at the bar, often stood endlessly waiting for staff to appear."

"Hotel itself was ok, the security guy pal was awful rude and very intimidating Would put me off staying at the hotel again We complained about this to hotel manager she did eventually sort out issue but pal the security guy still would not apologise for his actions"

"Had a lovely stay on Saturday, Lovely lady on reception, very helpful, hot tub lovely added extra, enjoyed feeding the animals and seeing the fish come up by the decking. Will be returning for a third time!"
