"I am genuinely surprised, disgusted, and deeply disappointed by the experience my family and I had during our stay at this property from August 20th through August 23rd. This was, without question, one of the worst resort experiences I have ever had—especially considering the cost and the fact that this property operates under the Marriott name.
Upon arrival at approximately 2:30 p.m., I understood that my room was not yet ready, as check-in was at 3:00 p.m. I was told the room would be ready...

Issue was during check out hotel only accepted brand new crisp 100$ bills so be aware if you pay in cash if the bills you are wanting to pay with have a slight tear or marks on them, they will not accept them at check out!"
