"Stunning property!! Received 2,000,000 IDR credit per day which allowed me to eat and drink for free daily at the many restaurants on site and room service. Every staff member was kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Would absolutely recommend."

"Booked for the proximity to the airport which is a huge plus. I found the lobby beautiful and grand however can be slow to get service and feels disorganised to see a receptionist. Drinks at Sands took way too long when the restaurant was not busy. Room service the phone rings out a long time. Food was average. Other than location I feel the resort leaves a lot to work on for service and it's food and beverage offerings."

"Travelling with small children, it meant we did not have to leave the hotel as all facilities, different pools, playroom etc were fantastic to keep everyone, adults included, happy. Great food, great staff, good choice of food options. Also, great restaurants within walking distance for a night out. Loved this resort."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful with anything you needed. The gym was great and the hotel pool fantastic. The property is starting to look a bit dated starting with the building at the entrance to the property. The lobby is great and rooms are nice. The roof line around the eves of the property are looking rusted and bring down the resort look. Day beds around the pool are difficult to get as people throw towels on them very early then leave for breakfast of return to their rooms. Breaky...

"Beautiful traditional design We bought all inclusive and feel it was a good choice. No need to leave hotel as evening shows were included. Day activities were a goid option. Family pool was great. We didn’t use the adult pool"

"Sin dudas el mejor hotel que estuve en Bali, lo recomiendo 100% en todos los aspectos, belleza, limpieza, atención, comida, (excepto Koral) tiene un detalle que no fue muy placentero, la comida del restaurante, para mi gusto no fue la mejor y sobrevalorada, pienso más bien te cobran por disfrutar del lugar, y simplemente estás obligado a un menú y no a una orden a la carta, al retirarme quise tomarme una foto y me movieron del lugar para el salón fuera del túnel. Por lo demás todo perfecto."

"部屋全体、家具などカビ臭く、エアコンの風もカビ臭い。どこからか下水、生ゴミの臭いがして窓を開けていないと過ごせなかった。タオルも全てがほつれていて、グレー色に変色し不潔な印象。枕も不潔な臭いが染み付いていて不快。 朝から17時まで掃除が入らず、掃除の為に外出しなくてはならなかった。 プールサイドで毎朝爆音の音楽を鳴らしてエクササイズみたいなのが行われたり、常にガチャガチャして騒がしい。 共有場所だけが立派にリニューアルされたのか写真では立派に写っているが、実際は古くひどい。"
