"Ok place for the price. Stayed here 1 night. Pretty central- walking distance to the shops.
Bed was extremely hard. Too hard for Westerners like us. We both had sore backs in the morning. Staff interaction was basic. Not good or bad just minimal. Although the person who helped us with our bags was great!! Bathroom ok and clean. Balcony good but could do with 2 chairs out there. Had a safe which was useful. Lift was working which was good. Didn’t have breakfast here.
All in all ok for a night."

"We stayed one night at this hotel in the Krabi area for a little bit of relaxation before heading to our next spot. The hotel bragged about having things available on site like breakfast that you could pay to order and a coffee bar. Upon arrival we had an incredible room, super comfortable, great bed, good air conditioning, but there's no restaurants or food available on site. You either have to grab something and have it delivered through the grab app or walk about 4 to 5 minutes down the road...

"From the arrival to departure our stay was sooooo well orchestrated and with class. It seemed like the staff would read our minds and almost always anticipated our needs. We had an internet issue and an IT person was there to fix in 2 min. They were also very accommodating and just made my birthday the best ever. I can’t say enough about the exotic and natural beauty of the location. We felt like we were in a movie. We are 100% going back and for a longer time. Hesitant to leave a review because...
