"We had a beautiful stay with you which upon arrival I extended. The hot tub and pool were very attractive. Due to the Spring Break everything was in over use. To be expected. We were moving East to West Coast so the timing was what it was. Loved the stay. The hotel was Canadian and what I would expect in Banff. Good vibes all around. We did not have breakfast (was it included in the room price? If so I was not made aware….). The staff was “transient” resort staff which of course is tied to the snow sports and specialized beautiful outdoor recreation focus. But it impacts the level of competent staff. We enjoyed our stay with you and our visit to Banff. We will return and stay again when we can!"

"Spotlessly clean, loved the hot pools and the complimentary tea, coffee and cocoa on demand. The service and staff were wonderful; they even found a pencil and sharpener for my daughter so she could do her homework. My youngest was a little disappointed there was no true swimming pool, but the rest of us didn't mind. The view from the hot pools is spectacular. They also provide free bus passes, which we appreciated so we could avoid trying to find parking downtown. We will stay here again on our next trip to Banff."
