"The room that was given was not cleaned properly. There was stuff on the walls, not sure blood or boogers, but there was dried stuff on the walls, the room smelled moldy and there was mold around the edges of an opening in the top, the bed had a yellow stain on the bedsheet, even though the sheets ..."

"The room was spacious, clean and well proportioned. Toilet was of a good size, and had good amenities. Breakfast was good as well - good list of varieties. But more importantly, the staff was good. We managed to get an upgraded room, all the way to Level 30. Only bugbear, but nothing too serious ..."
