"Only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable and excellent value for money.... A perfect place to stay if you need to be at the airport early (like I did) and are just wanting a bed for the night. Close to everything you need.... Bars, shops, restaurants, 7/11, etc etc. The girl who runs the place was an absolute saviour when the taxi that I booked to take me to the airport failed to show up.... "Property is a tad steep so be in good physical condition to prevent injury. There are maps located throughout property, but straight forward top of hill reception and goes down to the restaurant and beach bar. Location is perfect central location on the that side of the island 10 min ride if that to many spots like Ark Bar and Central Samui. Staff is top notch and there to help.I booked unit with smoking patio and plunge pool, def advise to do the same in the hot months."

"Beautiful place to stay. The cleaning staff at the place are brilliant! Always came back to a clean room 👌 only one small thing - at night, staff need to do routine walks around the site. The people next to us were shouting (drunk) until the early hours of the morning. A routine walk by night staff to stop this would be helpful as there is no one on the desk at night. Apart from that small thing, the stay was decent."

"Our family of three (husband, myself and 7 year old daughter), have just returned from an almost two week stay at Kimpton Kitalay. We had an incredible time at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and we loved the nightly treats whether it’s a face mask or toffees. There is always an attendant in your block of rooms if you need extra towels or a quick refresh. We made so much use of the balcony, such relaxing couches to read and wind down in peace. The breakfast buffets were excellent, the hotel catered for our dietary requirements, even making my daughter gluten free, vegan pancakes and muffins! Shoutout to Chef Banana who did a Thai cooking class for me and my daughter, such a special experience. The kids club is lovely, plenty of activities for children to get involved with. The spa is fantastic, shoutout to Peng who provided the most relaxing massage I have ever had. The infinity pool and the room access pools were well maintained and clean, never felt too busy. The hotel is on a stretch of public beach where you can access water sports, food places, massages on the beach etc. Overall, one of the best stays we have had, all staff is friendly and helpful, food was delicious and the hotel itself was impeccable. Would love to return!"
