Great find

Great little hotel just a short walk from the main shopping area. Lovely room with balcony. Great service at reception and a very convenient roof top bar to enjoy a drink before heading out.

One of the nicest designed hotel I’ve stayed in in a long time. The room is spacious and the bed is huge. You have your own private terrace. Location is central. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff is amazing. Only thing I didn't care for too much was lack of privacy in bathroom/shower area. Glass doors and/or windows in shower and bathroom were visible from bed.

A Gem in Terrassa

The hotel has an excellent location in the middle of the city. This is a new boutique hotel and the room I was in had all the mod cons. The air conditioner was silent but efficient and the mattress was just how I like it. The room was spacious and clean and the internet worked really well. There was enough space in the room to do work. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Although the hotel was a little expensive for Spain and the region, it was worth every penny. Highly recommended 10/10

Das Hotel ist super, Zimmer sind schön, sauber und sehr geräumig. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Personal ist Klasse sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Komme auf jedenfall wieder.

Todo está correcto. Cosas que no me han gustado: los canales de TV, no hay internacionales e inclusive no están todos los canales locales. No me preguntaron si quería estar en una habitación de personas con limitaciones físicas. He pedido un cambio de habitación, y he tenido que escuchar una conversación interna por el Inter en donde se negaba el cambio de entrada, sin darme una solución satisfactoria. Pareciera que no hay privacidad en esas conversaciones que hay que hacer por un Inter a recepción. El lavamanos con detalles de falta de limpieza en el desagüe. El control de acceso y salida del hotel, no es amigable, hay que llamar en casi todas las ocasiones al timbre y esperar que aparezca alguien que no siempre, es rápido. Hay una chica de recepción que no recuerdo su nombre, que le falta un poco de empuje en el trato cordial al cliente. En general, creo que la actitud de atención al cliente debe ser de hotel no de alquiler de habitaciones.

Deux jours en amoureux. Tres agreable malgre une mauvaise gestion de l espace douche toilette qui manque d intimité. Pas d endroit pour se garer sauf le parking de la ville. Si vous laissez votre voiture sur deux jours comptez 60 euros

Stijlvol hotel met persoonlijke aanpak

Vriendelijke persoonijke ontvangst, ik werd altijd met mijn naam aangesproken. Prachtige kamer, zeer ruim en comfortabel. Ligt in het oude centrum, op wandelafstand van zeer mooie gebouwen en winkels. Geen eigen parking maar op een steenworp van een goede grote ondergrondse parking
