Al tratarse de apartamentos residenciales, hemos tenido desde el Covid numerosos clientes que han solicitado no tener servicio diario de limpieza sino "a la carta". Esta información debería haberle sido proporcionada, y le aseguramos que investigaremos para averiguar por qué no fue así. Lamentamos mucho las molestias ocasionadasPor otro lado, compartiremos su feedback con el equipo de recepción para tratar de mejorar el servicio ofrecido.
