"Friendly staff, Clean room and free breakfast "

"A few issues with the bathroom..the walk in shower panel was not long enough so water ended up on the tile floor..the black tiles were cold on the feet and very slippery when wet. I wished there was a make up mirror. I couldnt use any of the mirrors as the lughting was not bright enough. Otherwise, the king bed room was very nice!"

"Frances in the bar and restaurant was excellent. He was helpful kind and attentive. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great."

"Very convenient for an overnight at Heathrow. I checked in just before midnight, and was out first thing in the morning. A very restful way to spend a long layover. Very comfortable bed. I was out the door of my room and through security in about half an hour. I did not try the breakfast as I had lounge access, and ate there."

"Great location to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the shower head hose needs to be repaired it keeps disconnecting from the faucet. Needs to be replaced"

"The documents/info we received did not mention the POD rail transfer from T5 to hotel (8 plus pounds pp each way) We took bus route 423 for a fraction of the price Bus runs every 15 minutes. Restaurant is pretty good. There is also a nice pub 10 minute walk to the west"

"The reception staff is available 24/7 & they were super nice, even with the late arrival of my flight I had requested a room w a bathtub & when the system put me in a room without one, they upgraded my room to a larger, much nicer room at no extra charge My room came with a hair dryer, so I didn't have to pack my own I didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't speak to that, but my bed was really comfortable I was also allowed a late check out & they offered to keep m luggage free of charge so I...

"We were delayed and got in very late. Breakfast that morning, the attendant was very accommodating and even brought food out for us after closing time out of compassion for our kids. Room was clean and everything expected. Kids loved the bunk beds. "

"I’ve stayed here multiple times and each and every stay has been excellent. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Kudos to Girley on the front desk from Turks and Caicos for the warm greeting! Rooms are clean and very quiet even though they are across from a hug airport and on a busy roadway. The breakfast has many choices of hot and cold dishes including fresh fruit and healthy choices. The 24 hour beverage station is wonderful for a late night cocoa or chamomile tea before bed."

"This was good for a stopover for one night. My room was clean and sufficient for my needs. I do wish there was a regular airport shuttle taking people to and from the airport. That would have made a huge difference in my experience! "

"We had a lovely overnight stay for my best friends birthday , she had a fabulous Driftaway spa treatment with the wonderful Charlotte , the setting of the hotel is beautiful & we enjoyed a leisurely walk around the lake . The room we stayed in hd everything we needed & we lovely & cleam . Food in restaurant was good with plenty of choice, the only small negative was that it was undergoing a refurbishment which limited us to access to bars & dining , but the staff were great , very friendly...
