"Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle."

"The check in process was a bit odd. Was being asked about when I booked and other weird details when I had the booking confirmation in front of me and the booking name etc. The room was absolutely fine, the bed was so comfy, the shower was nice and hot and spacious, there was air con which was an absolute godsend. The music from downstairs wasn’t too loud so didn’t need the ear buds but nice touch! All in all a very good cheap stay! Would be perfect if you didn’t hear people opening and closing...

"I left after an hour due to the graphic level of intimate noise from the gentleman in the next room who had a female guest waiting for him. The property manager excused it as a birthday celebration and Expedia refused to refund me. I find it inexcusable that Expedia allow a property to be listed that clearly facilitates adult meet ups."

"Le informazioni per il check-in sono arrivate un po’ in ritardo e ho dovuto insistere, ma dopo il gestore si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Camera sotto una mansarda per cui un po’ calda ma fornita di tre letti, un armadio, un tavolino e il bagno esterno, pulita. Lontano dal centro di Londra ma ben servita dai mezzi pubblici"

"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. During our stay, we discovered bed bugs in our room. We immediately informed the front desk and showed them the evidence. Because the hotel did not have another room available, we had no choice but to leave the hotel.
The bed bugs also bit my hand, and I took pictures of the bites as well as the bed bugs in the room.
The receptionist asked us to email the management office and explain the situation, including the pictures, in...
