"Our first room they put us in did not have any hot water so they brought us keys for a different room but didn’t offer to help us get our luggage up there. We are in our late 70s and mid 80s and they told us it was our responsibility to get it all moved. The elevator was a little scary as we weren’t. Sure if we were gonna make it up or down. Breakfast was cold except for coffee and wasn’t very good. The people who were supposed to be keeping it stocked were all gabbing and we had to wait for...

"Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc)."

"Loved it! I stayed one night. Very comfortable, staff nice, and bed was cozy. It was quiet, a lot of places to eat around, and hotel is right by the freeway to head to NOLA. I would stay again."

"The positive was that it had a nice restaurant next door. The stay would have been wonderful had I not found questionable hair in my bedding. After much time and effort on my end, I was able to obtain new bedding."

"First & Foremost I Would Like To Say, Due To It Being Essence Festival Weekend. The Room Was Very Overpriced For The Area And The Elevator Didn’t Work. But It Was Quiet, Clean,& Near Food Places. If I Were To Stay Here Again It Wouldn’t Be During A Big Event Weekend. Because It’s Ridiculous How They Raise The Rates And The Hotel Is 30 Minutes Away From Bourbon&Canal Strip."
