"Honestly, well worth the price paid for the room. The front desk attendant was pleasant despite us checking in after midnight. The room was small, a little run down, but clean. We would stay again if in the area."

"My hotel stay was extremely disappointing. After 3 rooms trying to accommodate all had issue. One of the rooms had a toilet with no running water at all, making it impossible to flush. I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP. I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining...

"the room looked unsafe. there was rust in the bathtub. the pillows had dirty scuff stains. the door would fully close."

"Had a bad smell when you walked in the door that reeked through the room all night and the toilet would not flush overflowed onto the floor called manager. He said he couldn’t get Maintenance out till 8:30 AM. This happened at 4:30 in the morning."

"bathrooms was so disappointing and the bath tube was peeling everywhere looked like a prison bath air conditioner barely worked and the t.c was broken . the pool was dirty and they wouldn't let no one use it cause they didn't have it open just a really bad stay ."

"Housekeeping came in one time and left clean linens but did not clean anything did not take the trash out did not make the bed. Front desk staff likes to have an attitude when they're asked to remake a card after they deactivate it the cards for the rooms. Had multiple paint chips with brown smears on the walls."

"This building needs to be torn down. While our room had been somewhat updated, the entire location is old and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this location. "

"No problems with parking, the hotel is clean. The complimentary breakfasts is hot, and the hotel is close to the interstate. The hotel also has quiet hours so you'll have a good nights rest. Perfect place when I stay in New Orleans. "

"Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc)."

"I really enjoyed my stay-which consisted of 5 days. The rooms are roomy and clean. I felt at home with a full kitchen, comfortable living, along with a clean, comfortable bedroom. We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast and checking in on a Wednesday they were grilling burgers. What a heartwarming welcome. We were hungry from traveling. I felt like I had just made it home. Thanks Residence Inn. I will be returning."
