I paid for a room so why she treated me that way? There are many other hotels next door. Please do yourself a favor and do not support business like that."

"Front desk and staff were very pleasant, medical building near by for my appointment. Clean room, up too late to have hotel breakfast. Plenty of shopping nearby. Will register again for next stay-thank ya "

"Pictures are from 15 years ago. Took an hour to check in. They have no luggage carts. The snack room in picture was literally empty. Pergola outside was falling down and caution tape around it and they charge for parking and charge a deposit to your card that you will get back in 7-10 days. Then got to the room and roaches on walls and in bathroom, and hair in the tub. We left and didn’t stay. "

"Terrible they never cleaned my room and I have to go and ask for clean towels myself everyday also pools are not available. I ask for a refund on the second day and they said no refund after check in. Terrible breakfast too."

The was offered $ 30.00 for late check out at 4.00pm. When I went to desk to accept they told they don’t know anything about. In the very rude way. Staff very unpleasant with customer.
