"The hotel was situated in town centre. Walkable to the river, local attractions and restaurants. We had a lovely stay and they have a small spa located next door which we used one morning. We did not eat breakfast there so unable to comment on food, the rooftop bar was lovely for drinks. Our door was difficult to open but staff were helpful and efficient."

"Spacious and comfortable room but the twin beds were narrower than standard singles which was a shame in such a large room. I didn’t like the glass swing door on the bathroom - a lack of privacy, especially as no lock and if the light isn’t on outside the bathroom, the door became see-through. There was mould on the shower head but apart from that the room was very clean"

However don’t take this comment as a major criticism, it’s clean, it’s very close to town with a short walk over the footbridge and Jesus Green. "3 problèmes la première chambre la clef ne fonctionnait pas, retour à la réception la 2e clef ne fonctionnait pas également! Un janitor est venu pour essayer de réparer il a resserrer les vis tenant la porte alors que le problème était électronique. Découragés nous sommes retournés à la réception et on nous a donné une nouvelle chambre. Dans celle-ci la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais elle a été réparée en 5 minutes, don en résumé plus ou moins une heure pour avoir une chambre correcte....
