"I really liked the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly. The shower was very nice. The bed was comfortable. I wish there was a full length mirror. I also wish there was somewhere to unpack my stuff & more hanging space. The best part was that it was a 4 min walk to the bus to Main street Flushing & a deli/convenience store
Also only about a 6 min walk to College Park with tons of delicious mom & pop diners/restaurants, discount stores, groceries, market/delis. I would stay here...

"Positives: Our room was bright and immaculately clean. Pillows were meh but the bed was very comfortable. Negatives: The check-in person was rude. Visible signs of wear and tear are everywhere. Furniture and hall carpeting are ancient. Our bathroom door would open and close only with effort. The hotel is just a step removed from being run-down. "They use downfall pillows in the hotel this causes allergies to people who are allergic to feathers. Also not willing to do a later checkout past 12 even though the hotel wasn’t even close to capacity."
