"Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were super friendly and helpful, and hotel is basically across the street from the Donald Stephen’s center!!"
"We have some glitches with electronics and bathroom but staff address them the best they could at the moment i recommend it the shower curtains to be longer as the water ends up on the floor every time someone takes a shower. They did. Attempted to repair and also to make things better."
"Our patio door was EXTREMELY hard to open especially for the elder adults attending the stay with me . Also had little to no time in the water park area because of the late check in time."
"It’s a beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities. I will definitely be staying there again when I need to. A restaurant, coffee shop, clean room with everything needed for my stay."
"Our room seemed well maintained and clean though the hotel is obviously dated,as you can tell the mushy smell on their hallways carpet and old working elevator. Staff are wonderful and helpful, housekeeping staff is great though they just need to make sure bathroom amenities are enough to be use depends on how many guests to accommodate in each room with not enough bodywash, shampoo etc to be use on the first day.Good thing is that we brought in some travel sizes toiletries everytime so as to avoid such hotel issues or worst, watered down bath toiletries products which can just frustrate you initially rather than helping you to enjoy and relax on your trip.Breakfast is nice and plenty of options but if you eat this same stuff on the next day or two, it can be tiring so I hope there can be modifications made each day like adding some proteins aside from boiled eggs, maybe an additional sausage or bacon the next day would be wonderful for a bright morning. Breakfast ladies did awesome in replenishing food items and utensils, upkeeping cleanliness of the breakfast station, they did a great job.Coffee and tea station is a plus with plenty of variation to choose.Just missing is a microwave on the room as you need to go your way downstairs in the lobby near the breakfast area to do it which is inconvenient though each room I guess has each personal fridge but a microwave is still a plus for your to go leftovers after exploring the city.Overall it was a pleasant experience, thanks!"
