"The beach was wonderful and the food was good. My favorite was the café colado. I absolutely loved the coffee. I believe areas to improve would be housekeeping. Our room got cleaned only once. We ran out of soap and toilet tissue and had to go to the front desk."

"This hotel is a little gem in Isla Verde. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the beautiful and popular Isla Verde Beach, as well as many restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations. 8 minutes to the airport. The free parking was a big plus, and the air conditioning worked great, which made our stay very comfortable. I truly loved the conffy pillows and bed. "The only thing I have nice to say is, the staff was amazing. when I saw bedbugs on the bed and crawling on the walls, the staff moved me to a private room however, that room also had bedbugs. The staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable and thankfully I was only there for a night. Would not recommend."
