"We booked the room last minute because we were getting in super late. The room was clean and nice. Nothing special just a king size bed, coffee machine, small fridge and microwave. The room did have a little smell as if it was an old room but not too bad. We only needed it for one and it defiantly helped. Perfect for late night arrival and easy to get too. Right outside baggage claim."

"The beach was wonderful and the food was good. My favorite was the café colado. I absolutely loved the coffee. I believe areas to improve would be housekeeping. Our room got cleaned only once. We ran out of soap and toilet tissue and had to go to the front desk."

"This hotel is a little gem in Isla Verde. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the beautiful and popular Isla Verde Beach, as well as many restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations. 8 minutes to the airport. The free parking was a big plus, and the air conditioning worked great, which made our stay very comfortable. I truly loved the conffy pillows and bed. "There was hair and piss stains on the bed, the door to the bathroom had holes in it, the water was turned off so my partner and I could not even shower or brush our teeth for the few hours we needed to be there before our flight. This “balcony view” was a cement step up on the ground level facing a dark alleyway and the brick wall of another building. We did not stay here and asked for a refund which they refused to give us. "The only thing I have nice to say is, the staff was amazing. when I saw bedbugs on the bed and crawling on the walls, the staff moved me to a private room however, that room also had bedbugs. The staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable and thankfully I was only there for a night. Would not recommend."

"The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again."
